Common questions

Is ScoreZen free?

Yes — free forever for teams up to 5 members with the last 3 sprint reports included. No credit card required.

What does Pro include?

Pro unlocks unlimited team members, multiple admins, full sprint report history, and CSV export. Plans start at $7/seat/month (annual) or $10/seat/month (monthly). New teams get a 14-day free trial — no card required.

What is a sprint?

A fixed time-box (usually 1–2 weeks) where your team commits to a goal. ScoreZen tracks progress daily so you always know where you stand.

How are points logged?

Move a card to Done on the Kanban board — points log automatically. Or use the Log points button for manual entries. Connect GitHub and points log when issues close.

Can I customize the columns?

Yes. During onboarding you set up your own column names. The last column always triggers point logging.

What is the leaderboard?

A live view of how each member contributes to the team total in the current sprint. Team progress toward the goal is the headline — the leaderboard shows who is moving it.

Do members see the same dashboard as owners?

No. Owners see full charts, velocity, and burn-up. Members see a focused personal view: their points, their share of the goal, and a Log points shortcut.

Will GitHub and Trello be supported?

GitHub auto-sync is already live — points log automatically when issues close. More integrations are on the roadmap.
